Once a limit is in place, the Platform will refuse any deposit that would cause your total deposits for the relevant period to exceed it. Daily Limit

Caps the total amount you can deposit across all payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer) within a single calendar day. Resets at midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

Weekly Limit

Caps your cumulative deposits over a rolling seven-day window. Useful if your spending tends to be concentrated on weekends around BPL or IPL cricket matches.

Monthly Limit

Sets an absolute ceiling on your monthly spend. A sensible starting point is to set this at no more than 2–3% of your monthly household income, treating it the same as any other entertainment budget line.

Time-Out & Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling is becoming less about entertainment and more about compulsion, 999gam offers two levels of break: a short time-out and a longer self-exclusion. Both can be activated immediately by contacting our support team — no questions asked, no delay.

Time-Out (Short Break)

Temporarily suspends your ability to log in and play for a period of your choice: 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you cannot deposit, place bets, or access casino games. Your account and balance remain intact and you can return once the period ends. Time-outs cannot be reversed early — this is intentional.

Self-Exclusion (Long-Term Block)

Closes your access to the Platform for a minimum of 6 months, with options for 1 year, 2 years, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is frozen, all marketing communications are stopped immediately, and you cannot create a new account. At the end of a non-permanent exclusion period, re-activation requires a deliberate request and a 7-day reflection period before access is restored.

If you choose permanent self-exclusion, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account). Your account cannot be reopened after permanent exclusion.
