1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 999gam ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the 999gam platform accessible at https://999gam.bet and any associated mobile-accessible interfaces (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entire ty, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without modification or reservation.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 999gam, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform for any reason.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or undue influence.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or via any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event that any details change. The Company reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other authentication credentials associated with your 999gam account. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person, and you acknowledge that any activity conducted through your account while authenticated with your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you personally.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other websites or services.
• Log out of your account fully after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Never disclose your password in response to any email, message, or communication purporting to be from 999gam. We will never ask for your password.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to [email protected] immediately.

The Company will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure, unless such access is directly attributable to a security breach on the Company's own systems.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit, though the Company may impose account-level limits at its discretion.

All funds deposited into a 999gam account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. The use of payment accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to conduct anti-money-laundering (AML) checks and to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible.

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval, subject to network conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day of approval.
• The Company may place a withdrawal on hold pending identity verification or AML review. You will be notified if this applies to your account.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once are not eligible for immediate withdrawal and may be subject to a processing review.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 999gam offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), and the T20 World Cup. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in a designated bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days after the date of credit unless a different expiry is stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to remove bonuses from accounts where abuse or misuse is suspected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or using automated betting strategies to clear wagering requirements at low risk — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

999gam is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All casino games available on the Platform use independently certified random number generators (RNG). Sports betting odds are set and managed by professional trading teams. The Platform does not manipulate outcomes in favour of the house beyond the standard house edge inherent in each game type, which is disclosed in the game rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or latency to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical malfunction are void.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any other unlawful financial purpose.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 999gam staff or other players.
• Charging back a deposit after using the associated funds to wager on the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is reasonable evidence of prohibited conduct, pending a full investigation. The outcome of any such investigation is final and binding.

7. Responsible Gaming

• You may not use any automated means (including crawlers, scrapers, or data mining tools) to access, collect, or store data from the Platform.
• The 999gam brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 999gam makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates without interruption, we do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption or cessation of the Platform; (c) any errors or omissions in the Platform's content; or (d) any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the 999gam Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we may share it with, and what rights you have in relation to your data. By agreeing to these Terms you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. The Company will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly, fairly, and in good faith.

The Company's decision on any dispute, after a full investigation, is final and binding. If you remain dissatisfied after exhausting the internal complaint process, you may pursue any remedies available to you under applicable law.
